Energy Film 48" x 84"

Energy Film lowers your energy consumption and your heating and cooling costs by keeping heat in your house in the winter and solar heat out of your house in the summer. It is an easy-to-apply spectrally-selective cling film that can reduce heat loss through treated windows by 12 - 18%, in effect turning regular glass into low-E glazing. In winter, the Energy Film helps insulate your window from heat loss through the glass. In summer, it keeps the solar heat from coming in through the window. Energy Film is made of a spectrally selective material that blocks 70% of thermal solar energy in summer and reduces heat loss through windows in winter. It blocks 97% of UV light while still allowing 77% of natural light into the room. Energy film also has excellent visual clarity. It can be easily installed on any size window, since it can be cleanly and quickly cut to size with a utility knife.
