Joracomposter JK 270 Insulated Composter

The JK 270 Insulated Composter was designed in Sweden to enable composting all year long, even in the winter of a cold climate. Made of galvanized steel, it has two separate compartments for composting. While one is fully composting, you fill the second compartment. By the time you've filled the second compartment, the first will be ready to empty and add to your garden or green space. Because of the polyethylene insulation and high heat achieved during decomposition, meat and fish can also be successfully composted in the JK 270.

Identical to the smaller JK 125, the JK 270 is designed for larger families, B&Bs, and small restaurants. Turn your food waste into garden friendly compost. You're plants and your landfill will thank you.

Please note: For orders shipped directly to you, shipping will be calculated during check out. For pick up in the store, there is a $95 charge that covers shipping to our store. You can select your shipping option or pick up in store during check out. In addition, for pick up in store we offer complimentary assembly if you'd like us to put together your composter for you. Assembled composters will require a pick up truck or large van; they are too big for a station wagon or most SUVs.
